Working with RNLI West Kirby

18th May 2011

Some of the team had a very interesting and useful day working together with West Kirby RNLI. Our two hagglunds were transported down to their station on the far side of the Wirral by low loader to do some side by side comparisons with an RNLI Landrover fitted with tracks (Matt track). This will be used to pull their IRB to its launch sites which can be difficult to access. The day was a success for all and both teams learned a lot, thanks for the hospitality guys

In the event of an emergency dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard (coastal rescue) or Fire & Rescue (land rescue).

For advice call the Team Duty Officer on the 24/7 Direct Number: 0300 999 0333 and if required we will inform the appropriate service.
